SCRANTON -- It's an annual tradition in Lackawanna County: the raising of the Irish flag at the county courthouse in Scranton.
The Irish Cultural Society and Ancient Order of Hibernians together held the flag raising ceremony on Sunday.
The ceremony was held in front of the Lackawanna County Courthouse.
Scranton's St. Patrick's Parade will take place Saturday, March 11.
