MOUNT CARMEL -- Police are questioning a man after a bank robbery in Northumberland County.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the BB&T Bank on North Oak Street in Mount Carmel.
Surveillance pictures show the suspect with Band-Aids on his face, wearing an orange vest, blue hood, and sunglasses demanding money from the clerk.
Police say the robber got away in a red Audi with more than $3,000.
Investigators said Brandon Brown, 32, of Ashland was arrested Tuesday evening on unrelated drug charges. Once officers searched his car, they say they found a bank note and cash. He has not been charged with the bank robbery at this time.
