WILLIAMSPORT — A man is behind bars Thursday after police discovered a meth lab at a home in Williamsport.
According to police, Jeremy Newman admitted to manufacturing Methamphetamine inside an apartment on Arch Street.
A woman in the residence, Monica Jacobs, was also taken to Lycoming County Prison after the meth bust in Williamsport.
