Interstate 380 in Monroe County Back Open after Crash

COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- Interstate 380 north in Monroe County was closed for part of the morning after one tractor trailer jack-knifed and another big rig slammed into it.

It happened just before 4 a.m. Wednesday in Coolbaugh Township.

One truck was carrying wine, the other had mail.

Both northbound lanes were shut down near the Gouldsboro exit and reopened just before 8 a.m.

      Was the road icy? Most likely it was. Will PennDOT get any flak for this?
      Most truckers are safer drivers than most ‘4 wheelers’. That’s a fact. As a matter-of-fact, this 4 wheeler drives a lot and feels safer around trucks.
