SCRANTON — Police in Hackettstown, New Jersey have an arrest warrant out for Kayla Rodriguez, 20, of Scranton.
Rodriguez is accused of two robberies in Hackettstown back in June. Her suspected accomplice — Franklin Williams, 20, of Wilkes-Barre — was arrested Wednesday in New Jersey.
