McCann School of Business Closing Campus in Dickson City

DICKSON CITY -- A school in our area is closing its doors for good.

The McCann School of Business and Technology in Dickson City is no longer accepting new students.

A statement from the school cites declining enrollment as the reason for the closure.

A spokesperson said the McCann campus won't close until all the current students complete their studies and will assist them in finding new schools.

The only campuses closing at this time are in Dickson City and Carlisle. The McCann campuses in Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, Pottsville, Lewisburg, and Allentown will remain open.

I think this is hilarious being that they have been conning students out of money for years. They are not regionally accredited and their credits cannot transfer to any major university in this state due to this accreditation, and I had to go to another college just to attempt to get into nursing school. Maybe I can get my money back for my tuition since I could never get a job in my field because I was never “trained” enough.

U said it! I am starting all over again with my school bc my “associates degree” through McCann means nothing to any other school! They should of been closed years ago for all the lying and $$ stealing they did.

But remember, all of you that are disappointed that the Democrats lost, that Obama and the Democrats are still insisting that the economy has gotten stronger and has gotten better…
