The Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Company along with Pocono Summit Fire Company held a boot drop Friday at the fire station on Route 196.

the money collected will go to the family of Pocono Mountain Regional EMT Aleksey Demitriev.

Aleksey's brother and sister were killed in a crash on Interstate 80 last Friday.

"It was a tragedy that nobody's expecting, when your family is involved in a devastating accident like that. We, as a bigger family, come together and support them,"said Tomas Keane of the Coolbaugh Township Fire Department.
