Seven Left Homeless after Thanksgiving Day Fire

FREELAND -- Smoke could be seen pouring from a building in Freeland Thursday evening.

The fire at the home on the 600 Block of Hemlock Street in Freeland Street is currently under investigation.

Officials say the seven people who lived in the house were not home at the time of the blaze. The home has heavy fire and structure damage.

The American Red Cross is assisting those in need.
