Red Kettle Campaign Kicks Off in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE -- The Salvation Army in Wilkes-Barre kicked off its Red Kettle Campaign Wednesday morning.

The bell ringing began at Schiel's Market on Hanover Street.

Of course, you can find bell ringers at stores throughout the area.

The goal for the Wilkes-Barre chapter of the Salvation Army is to raise $11,000s during the holiday season.

That goes to help 4,700 people during the year in Luzerne County.
