After so much tension lately following the results of the presidential election, especially on social media, it's no secret some people might be dreading big gatherings this Thanksgiving.

To help you head off a dining disaster this holiday, Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey teamed up with Dr. David Palmiter, a psychology professor at Marywood University and practicing family psychologist. Dr. Palmiter put together a list of ideas on his blog to help you prevent any family friction at Thanksgiving dinner.
