SCRANTON -- In a season where many give thanks, students at one local university decided to act on the "giving" part of the holiday.
Students from the University of Scranton gave back to those in need on Sunday.
They prepared baskets with all the fixings for a traditional Thanksgiving feast including turkey, vegetables, and even pumpkin pie.
The baskets will be distributed to those in need at the Valley View Housing Development in Scranton this holiday season.
