Yeah Wilkes barre was always considered a second class city, but the chit that’s going on there now is all new. In fact wb has seen an increase in gun violence of 400% since 2008. And it has everything to do w the drug trade. The wb police should bring their K-9 unit to the streets and just walk around….w the dogs….chances are they’ll need to build a new prison to accommodate the arrestees…..is that a word…..haha. Actually, just bring them to Sherman Hills and bring backup….cause those drug dealers aren’t going down wo a fight.
