SCRANTON — A man charged with trying to kill the mother of his children was found guilty by a jury in Lackawanna County.
Police accused Timothy McGoff of trying to kill Leslie Bacinelli in January of 2015.
Investigators said McGoff tried to slash Bacinelli with a knife after smashing into the car she was in.
A jury found McGoff guilty on all charges Friday after a four-day trial. He was convicted on all 13 charges; the most serious include two counts of attempted murder.
He will be sentenced in a few months he could face more than 15 years in prison.
