Man Wanted for Kidnapping and Threatening Ex with Scissors in Custody

WILKES-BARRE -- A man wanted for a kidnapping in Lackawanna County is in custody.

U.S. Marshals found Tracy Sessoms Thursday morning in an abandoned home in Wilkes-Barre.

Sessoms is accused of hiding in the backseat of his ex-girlfriend's vehicle last week in Olyphant.

When the woman got in, he allegedly threatened to stab her with scissors, then forced her to drive to Scranton.

According to police, the woman had just gotten a PFA against Sessoms.
