It turns out the recent flooding in Lycoming County was worse than everyone thought. That means victims might get federal aid.

Governor Wolf requested disaster declarations for Bradford, Centre, Lycoming, and Sullivan Counties which would open the door for federal aid.

Estimates show the flooding in October did more than $33 million in damage.

There's no timetable for when the president could act on the request for help.

I’m sure the damage is not a shocker to the people that live there, nor to the people that responded locally.
