WILKES-BARRE -- A man who police believe was involved in a deadly DUI crash has agreed to plead guilty.

Joseph Kaminski, 39, of Duryea agreed to a plea Thursday morning to charges from earlier this year. He'll be sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for causing the death of Ann Baiera, 71, of Pittston, after authorities say he was high and behind the wheel when he crashed head-on with her in Jenkins Township in 2014.

The charges include homicide by vehicle while DUI, homicide by vehicle with a suspended license, DUI, and driving with a suspended license.

Kaminski also must pay restitution and costs of prosecution. Sentencing is set for February 6.
