SCRANTON — Two business owners in Scranton are facing fraud charges.

They are accused of filing for unemployment benefits and telling workers at their company to do the same.

Investigators say Samuel and Steven Borgia as well as employees at Home Resource Company received more than $150,000 as part of the scheme that lasted from 2009 to 2012.

Home Resource Company is a home improvement company in Scranton.
