MOOSIC -- A crash Monday morning knocked off the traffic lights on a busy stretch of road in Lackawanna County.
Temporary stop signs will be in place at the Davis Street intersection with Stafford Avenue and the Interstate 81 south on-ramp in Moosic.
Police say it could take a day to fix the traffic control box damaged in the crash. No one was seriously hurt.
