CLARKS SUMMIT – Work on a turnpike bridge knocked out power to homes and businesses in part of Lackawanna County.
Material from a bridge project fell onto a power line on Northern Boulevard in the Clarks Summit area Tuesday morning.
Power was knocked out to about 250 homes and businesses. Crews managed to restore service by about 3:30 p.m.
