LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- There is a new place in Lackawanna County to buy wine and liquor.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board opened a new Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store on Thursday.
The store is located at The Shoppes at Montage complex in Lackawanna County between Guitar Center and Charming Charlie.
The store held a grand opening late Thursday afternoon and featured wine and spirits tastings.
