SCRANTON — The Lackawanna County commissioners released a 2017 tentative budget on Friday.
The $103 million budget does not include any property tax increases.
In this version of the budget, the county plans to pay off more of its debt and contribute more to the pension fund than in 2016.
The 2017 budget still needs to go through a public comment process and be voted on by the three commissioners.
