WILKES-BARRE -- Governor Wolf was in Wilkes-Barre Friday bearing gifts.
Governor Wolf announced two million dollars in state money would be used for a project meant to create high tech jobs.
The announcement was made in front of the former First National Bank property on Public Square.
There are plans to turn the bank into a new home for start up companies in hopes of keeping jobs in Wilkes-Barre and creating new ones.
