SCRANTON — If you are headed to Scranton Friday Frodau evening, you’ll need to find another way into the city besides the Central Scranton Expressway.
The expressway is scheduled to shut down at 7 p.m. and stay closed until early Monday morning.
Huge steel beams have been brought into Scranton for construction of the new Harrison Avenue Bridge.
In order to place those beams, the expressway needs to be shut down.
