Prison Term for Bank Robbery in Susquehanna County

SCRANTON -- A man who admitted to robbing two banks was sentenced to more than four years in prison.

Robert Meader of Liverpool, New York pleaded guilty in May to robbing the NBT Bank near Hallstead last October.

Meader also robbed a bank in Albany, New York in January.
