BLOOMSBURG -- The town of Bloomsburg is one step closer to a new police station.
Newswatch 16 got a look at the work going on inside the former Red Cross building on 7th Street across from the Columbia County jail.
Last year, town council purchased the building as the old Bloomsburg police station was becoming too cramped for 16 officers to work efficiently out of it.
