BLOOMSBURG -- Two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Nicholas Kristof was the featured speaker at a forum at Bloomsburg University Monday night.
Kristof is a veteran New York Times columnist. He's won Pulitzers for his coverage of Tiananmen Square and the genocide in Darfur.
This address was entitled: “Why you should care about the world, and how you can change it.”
"Whether it's opioid addiction, whether its homelessness, crime, there are no magic wands, but we do have a much better sense these days of how to address them, both at a governmental level and at an individual or group level," Kristof said.
Kristof shared personal stories about his lifetime in journalism and signed copies of his books.
