Employee Accused of Stealing Thousands of Dollars from Gas Station

HONESDALE -- A man is locked up, accused of swiping thousands from the gas station where he worked in Honesdale.

Police say Joseph Flora, 23, of Honesdale stole more than $8,000 from Uptown Shell Station on North Main Street by making fake returns.

The alleged thefts took place between April and June of this year.

Flora is locked up in the Wayne County jail on $25,000 bail.
