Light The Night Walk
“Light The Night Walk” in Scranton supports The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The event is at Nay Aug Park on Saturday, Oct. 22 starting at 4:30 p.m. The fundraiser features live music, a food truck, raffles, face painting, and an appearance with Elmo & Champ. Walkers donating $100 will receive a free T-shirt & a lantern to light and send off into the atmosphere at dusk. The event is free to attend.
EverScream Haunted Attraction
Just in time for Halloween it’s the EverScream Haunted Attraction. It’s held at the Evergreen Raceway located in St. John’s minutes from Hazleton every Friday & Saturday nights through October to Nov. 5; open from 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The Haunted Attraction is for 12 years & older and features a haunted trail, maze of horror, & scary movies on the hill. The admission is $10 for all three attractions. This Halloween event benefits Volunteers of Loving Care of Hazleton.
