HONESDALE -- From the farm to the table, an event in Wayne County celebrated sustainable agriculture.
The third annual Farm and Chef was put on by the county's chapter of the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture Saturday.
More than 300 tickets were sold to the event held at the Cooperage in Honesdale.
All the food was served by local restaurants and came from local farms.
“It's a real celebration of bringing together the food that's grown locally as well as local restaurants that support sustainable agriculture and are buying local vegetables and meats,” said George Brown, Wayne County P.A.S.A.
The Farm and Chef event also included live music.
