JACKSON TOWNSHIP -- A wounded bald eagle is being treated in the Poconos with the hope of returning it to the wild.

The game commission says it was called to a home in Jackson Township, Monroe County, and found the eagle in need of immediate medical attention.

It had a broken wing.

Now a veterinary medical clinic in the Lehigh Valley is doing treatments to that bald eagle.
