UPDATE: According to troopers, Joseph Ciabocchi was found safe in Lycoming County.
KELLY TOWNSHIP — State police in Union County are searching for an 84-year-old man.
Officials say Joseph Ciabocchi left his home at Ridge Crest Circle near West Milton around 5 p.m. Thursday and hasn’t been seen since.
Troopers say he has dementia and has trouble speaking.
Ciabocchi was last seen walking north on Route 15.
