SCRANTON — The all clear has been given after a wrong-way driver was reportedly seen on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.
A caller reported seeing someone driving north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 81 near mile marker 190. That’s the Main Avenue exit in Scranton.
Police never found the driver.
Police blocked off ramps to the interstate, but they have now been reopened.
