Man Charged for Standoff in Scranton Seen on Facebook

SCRANTON -- A person has been charged for his involvement in a standoff in Scranton that was live streamed on Facebook.

A neighbor showed the police activity Sunday morning along Cedar Avenue live on the internet.

On Monday, Daniel Roe, 41, was accused of threatening his estranged girlfriend and their two children.

He barricaded himself in the house in Scranton for over 10 hours before police could bring him out.
