Dog Loves Books

Scranton Cultural Center sponsors the children’s musical “Dog Loves Books.”  The Dog loves books so much he decides to won a bookstore & acts out all kinds of fun stories for his customers.  The musical is at the Scranton Cultural Center on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 11 a.m.  A children’s “Wiggles & Giggles Workshop” starts an hour before the musical (10 a.m.) at the Cultural Center.  The “Wiggles & Giggles Workshop” is $4 per person & “Dog Loves Books” presentation is $8 per person.

The Backmountain’s Got Talent

“The Backmountain’s Got Talent” event benefits Ryan’s Run 7 & Allied Services.  Each local contestant provides up to a 10 minute show to impress the audience and 3 judges.  A prize will be awarded for the best talent.  The Back Mountain’s Got Talent show is at Lake Lehman Jr./Sr. High School on Market Street in Lehman on Saturday, Oct 15 starting at 7 p.m.   Admission fee is $7 per person.
