An event aimed at celebrating the revival of mom and pop shops in Scranton kicks off this weekend! Members of the Green Ridge Business Association have organized a Fall Festival. It highlights recently filled storefronts ranging from restaurants to boutiques. If you GPS the 1800 block of Sanderson Avenue in Scranton you'll be able to find the event.
