KINGSTON -- A landfill in Luzerne County is dealing with illegal dumping and other issues.
About 20 people showed up Thursday night for a public meeting in Kingston.
The DEP says even though the Westside Landfill is closed, people continue to illegally dump trash there while some are even riding ATV's on the property.
The DEP wants a new cap for the landfill in Luzerne County.
