DUNMORE -- A man faces new charges after another man died from a drug overdose in Lackawanna County.
Zachary Ross from the Factoryville area was charged Tuesday with drug delivery resulting in death and other drug charges.
Troopers said Ross gave Cody Albert of Kingsley fentanyl, a powerful painkiller, back in March. Albert died.
Ross allegedly got the medication from his mother who was taking it to ease pain from cancer.
