SCRANTON -- Classmates, family, and friends of a 12-year-old boy who was killed in a crash two years ago gathered in Scranton on Saturday to run in his memory.

This is the second year for the fun run and 5K at McDade Park held in memory of Lenny Zupon. Zupon was killed by a drunk driver in August of 2014.

Many of Zupon's former classmates from All Saints Academy took part in the event.

"Well, Lenny was a great friend to all of us, and it is nice that we can all come together to support him," said former classmate Maggie Flynn. "I think it is really nice that we can be here, run and just have a fun day."

The money raised at the race and basket raffle will benefit All Saints Academy.
