Fall is officially here and Jackie Lewandoski welcomes the season with a visit to Rohrbach's Farm Market and Bakery in Catawissa.  Get the recipe for their perfect pumpkin bars that hit the spot for an autumn appetite.

Pumpkin Bars-Rohrbach's Farm Market and Bakery

2 C Flour
2 t Baking Powder
2 t Cinnamon
1 t Baking Soda
1 t salt
2 C Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Oil
Beat eggs, pumpkin, sugar & oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Spread in 15×10x1 pan. Bake 350° at for 25-30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 lb. Confectioners Sugar
1– 8oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 C Margarine
1 t Vanilla
Note: For a smaller amount cut the recipe in half and bake in a 9×13 and use store bought cream cheese icing to save time!
