Ray6770, this has nothing to do with the State of Pennsylvania. It is a worldwide issue – in Afghanistan, little boys are kept as “dancers” for adult males, and it’s tolerated as “part of their culture.”

If any individual does not like the city, State, or country that they live in, then they should bloody well relocate to the Utopia that they’re looking for. Life is not perfect. No State or nation is perfect. But, complaining doesn’t facilitate changes or progression.

Does it ever end? He can’t even wait to get home to look at that stuff, so he has it on his cellphone to make it available to him 24/7. These people are so disgusting!

BeNice, no – it never ends, and it won’t until these people are all removed from society, placed on an isolated island, somewhere in the South Pacific, and given a handful of seeds and a couple of head of livestock to eke out an existence amongst others of their ilk. Send them ALL to such a place, without any technological devices. They can duke it out with one another, regale one another with their lurid tales, and spend the rest of their lives simply existing on whatever they’re able to produce.
