SCRANTON — Fresh food was provided to more than 100 families at the Children’s Produce Market in Scranton.
The Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank and the Scranton School District hosted the event at McNichol’s Plaza Elementary School in Scranton.
Families received fresh produce and other healthy food items along with recipes.
The food market is supported by the United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties.
