It's a prescription for fitness and it's free! Two programs are about to launch at area YMCAs.  Both are free and open to non-YMCA members. The newest is called "EnhanceFitness" which is geared toward people living with arthritis. The other is the "LiveStrong Program" aimed at helping cancer patients get back on their feet. Newswatch 16's Ryan Leckey checked out both this morning at the Greater Scranton YMCA in Dunmore.

To signup, contact the nearest participating YMCA near you.  Several are listed below. The five YMCAs mentioned below received a collective $100,000, two-year grant from the Highmark Foundation to implement EnahnceFitness. Click here for EnhanceFitness Facts. Head here for Livestrong facts!
