HAZLETON -- A man is under arrest in Hazleton after police say he pistol whipped another man and then ran from cops.
Police say they ran after and caught Juawawn Cooper, 23, of Hazleton, around 2 a.m. in the area of Third and Alter Streets.
When they caught him, they say he had nine bags of heroin on him.
Cooper faces assault and drug charges.
