TAYLOR -- 300,000 pennies -- that's how much police say a man stole this week from his employer in Lackawanna County.
Officers tell us Robert Napolitan, 34, of Scott Township took a steel drum containing about $3,000 in pennies from Pyne Freight Lines in Taylor.
Investigators said Napolitan used a hand truck to move the drum, which weighed more than 1,600 pounds. Police said tracks through the dust and a trail of pennies marked his path.
Napolitan is locked up on burglary and other charges.
