If you have any business to do at the Luzerne County Courthouse Friday it should be opened.
A second water pipe leak was fixed Thursday morning, but a third crack was found and had to be repaired as well.
The building has been closed since Wednesday when contractors building new basement steps hit a water line.
Public buildings are not allowed to be open without water service.
