CLARKS SUMMIT -- The operator of two sewage treatment facilities in Lackawanna and Wyoming Counties has been indicted accused of violating the federal Clean Water Act.
The U.S. Attorney says David Klepadlo, 61, of Clarks Summit, and Klepadlo and Associates failed to do proper water testing at two locations.
They serve the Greenfield Township Sewer Authority and the Benton Nicholson Joint Sewer Authority.
Investigators said not only did those facilities not do the testing but also submitted false test results.
