HAZLE TOWNSHIP — A $2.2 million water line is done, connecting two villages in Luzerne County to the Hazleton public water system.
We told you last year about water troubles in Stockton Number 6 and Stockton Number 8. Their water came from some ponds. The state says it was contaminated.
Last year, the state said it would pay for the new line to serve 43 homes in this part of lower Luzerne County.
