CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP -- A 14-year-old girl in Monroe County says a man tried to lure her into a white van Wednesday afternoon.
Police said it happened on North Rocky Mountain Drive in Chestnuthill Township, near Effort.
She described the man as between 40 and 50 with brown hair and a brown beard.
