ARARAT TOWNSHIP -- A teen is dead after a crash between a car and a lawn tractor Tuesday in Susquehanna County.
It happened around 1 p.m. on Route 171 in Ararat Township, near Thompson.
Investigators said a 13-year-old male was riding the lawn tractor along the road when he was hit by a car traveling in the same direction. He died at the scene.
The driver of the car was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.
