DUNMORE -- Police in Lackawanna County have arrested a man for posing as a cop.
Michael Tatulli, 23, of Dunmore was charged Monday with impersonating an officer.
Court papers show Tatulli told members of Grace Bible Church in Dunmore that he was with the Scranton Police Department investigating possible drug activity nearby.
Tatulli allegedly had a badge, a handgun in a holster, and was driving a black car with lights on top.
Tatulli is free on bail.
